I am Kiara “Key” Reeves, founder of Living Luxury Florida and a Jacksonville-based luxury real estate advisor.
I served six years in the United States Navy before moving into software development and eventually finding real estate. Each chapter taught me something I still use every day.
The Navy gave me discipline, precision, and the habit of following through on every commitment. Software gave me analytical thinking. Real estate gave me what both were missing: the chance to work directly with people through decisions that genuinely change their lives.
I am originally from Hampton, Virginia, came to Jacksonville through my military service, and stayed because it became home. I am also a wife and a proud mom, which shapes how I listen when a family talks about the life they are trying to build. I am not running through a checklist. I am thinking about the same questions my own family has navigated here in Northeast Florida.
Outside of work I am passionate about fitness, cooking, hosting gatherings, and traveling. I love creating spaces where people feel comfortable and connected, and that carries into every client relationship I build.
